the clamps are pretty big and bulky but usable

if one change was to be made it would be the clamps something a bit more slim at the ends where it clamps to the battery would make this a perfect unit

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Thing You Can Keep In Your Car

I recommend these portable jump starters to everyone. They've saved me (and others). I've only needed to use them a few times in the past several years, but when you need it, you need it. They're so incredibly easy to use and you don't have to park two cars head-to-head. I keep mine stored under my seat, but you could easily store it in your car trunk, too. Just remember to charge it once a year (just in case). It doesn't normally need it, but it's better to be safe than sorry (as my grandma used to say).

This car jump starter came almost fully charged upon opening the package, but I still charged it the rest of the way. What's different about this one is that it also comes with a tire inflator! Instead of donut spare tires now, new cars typically come with this weird gadget that shoots liquid sealant into your tire (effectively ruining the tire I was told when I had to use it once) and then you have to replace the liquid. It was super hard to use and only sealed my tire enough to get me to the dealership to get a new tire. What I need is a spare tire and a car jack when I purchase a new car, but having this tire inflator will come in handy, too, as a backup.

The directions are super simple for the jump starter and the tire inflator. Now I don't mind if someone in distress asks me for a jump. I know I won't have to use my car to help jumpstart theirs. I just pull out this little gadget, hook up the cables, and presto -- it starts! Then I'm on my way.

Although I would prefer to use a larger air compressor to fill up several completely flat tires, this unit would still do the job in a reasonable amount of time if it was required to, and naturally, this one fits much better in my trunk too.

It is perfect for topping off air pressure while out on the road, and ever since I found out that using conventional jumper cables on many modern cars can short out the delicate and very expensive electronics on either vehicle, I now prefer to use a battery booster like this one instead.

Because I have not had the misfortune of having a battery on my vehicle go dead since I first received this unit, I haven't had a chance to test the battery booster part out just yet. However, the next time it eventually happens to me or anybody else I can help out, then I will certainly come back to update my review and rating if it decides to let me down.
