Refund policy

Damaged Package Claims
If your package was damaged during transit, please contact us at info@lokithorshop.com immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package. Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. In many cases, we will request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. We may also require photos of damaged packages or parts for inspection purposes. Photos of damaged goods will help in expediting the process and provide a better resolution.

Lost Package Claims
If you have not received your order within the shipping time frame, please contact us to report your lost package. If your package is, in fact, lost, we will replace the package for you.

A refund or replacement will not be issued in the following cases:

1) If the package is not returned to our warehouse in a timely fashion. You can choose to have your order sent out another time and bear the postage. Alternatively, you can request a refund. A 10% -20% Shipping Fee may apply.

2) If you filled out the wrong address for pick up.

3) Changing orders after payment. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at email: info@lokithorshop.com. If didn't ship out, we can change orders for free, but if already ship out, depending on this situation, we may ask that the package be returned back to us, or we may change the order. A 10% -20% Shipping Fee may apply.

General Return &Exchange Policy
We try our best to provide a satisfactory shopping experience on lokithorshop.com. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we can accept your return &exchange within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions and guidelines:

1) The product(s) must have been purchased directly from lokithorshop.com and have never been used. The returned product (s) must be in new condition with the original packaging.

2) Before Returning, customers MUST contact Lokithorshop customer service to get the return address, lokithorshop.com will not be responsible for any returns without prior notice.

4) Unless the item is damaged or defective as a result of the manufacturer's defect, customers will have to bear the shipping costs for the return.

5) A 10-20% Shipping Fee will apply on returns that are not related to the quality of the product or if the customer ordered the wrong item.

Return Application Process
1) If you need to return, please contact us by email, and send us your order number and return reason.

2) And then, if we approve the return, we will send the address to you.

3) Pack your items carefully and responsibly. Do NOT use padded envelopes as these can easily be ripped open and the contents may be lost. Please ship your return package and provide us with tracking no.

4) After we receive your package, we will exchange a new product or pay a refund to you.

Refund Policy
1) If The order has not been sent, the full amount can be refunded.

2) The order has been sent, and the customer returns the product (unopened for use and the product is in good condition), and we return 80%-90% of the amount of the product that is not related to the quality of the product or if the customer ordered the wrong item.

3) If The order is sent out and has a quality problem with the product, we refund 100% amount of the order or replace the new product with the customer.

4) Refunding processing time: around 7-15 business days.

5) Your refund will be issued in the original method of your purchase.

6) All required refund products must be under our 1-year warranty time, we won’t support refunds that are over 1 year (The warranty period starts from the day you place the order).
