LOKITHOR Jumper Cable Clamp to EC8 Connector for Jump Starters

I ordered my lo pro clamps 1/9/25 still have not seen them or seen any updates on tracking order. This is the 3rd time I've tried getting these clamps twice from Amazon and the wrong product was sent and now with late shipping that I paid full price for I'm really start to question my loyalty to this brand in general. I've ordered two units from this company and one lasted a year and wouldn't take a charge. I liked the JA300 so much I decided to order the next size up, even though the first one failed I thought I'd give it another shot. I saw they offered a case and better more accessible clamps I thought would fit my needs so I ordered both. The case is great but I've been fighting tooth and nail since 12/5/24 to receive the correct clamps twice from Amazon thinking maybe it was a problem with Amazon I ordered directly from Lokithor website and now I'm waiting to receive anything. I'm really disappointed with my experience I hope the Lokithor company can make it right or this will be the last time I ever purchase this brand

I have had the JA300 jumpstarter for several years and have used the jump starter several times and the tire inflater also several times. I have not had any issues with Lokithor charger other then mis-placing my jumper cables twice where I had to buy replacment. I have received good service, good products, from a very good company. I will certainly buy from Lokithor again. Very satisfied customer.
