Return and Exchange Application

Application Time: Either request is submitted when the product is being on transit after purchase or within the 7 days of receiving the product is acceptable. It usually happens due to customer preferences (such as dislike, ordering the wrong item, etc.)

Conditions for Return or Exchange

Product Condition: Returned or exchanged products must be unused, undamaged, and in brand-new condition, including original packaging and all accompanying accessories.

Special Products: Clearance items and free products are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Return and Exchange Process

Review: Upon receiving your returned or exchanged request, we will review and confirm within 2 business days.

Note: Please provide an electronic copy or screenshot of the order confirmation email or receipt when the request is submitted.

Exchange Tips: If you wish to exchange the item for a different one when the item is awaited or already received, placing a new order instead of exchanging is an absolutely nice way for the desired item. 

Note: Once the package is in transit, we cannot stop the delivery. However, you can refuse the delivery when it arrives. Please notify us once that occurs, and we will initiate the return process for you. If you decide to keep the package and still wish to return it, you can do so within 3-5 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. When you receive the package, please reach out to us for return details.

Return Shipment: If your request is approved, we will provide the return address and relevant information. Please send the product back to the provided address. About the return shipping policy, here are some details below: 

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. You can explore more return shipping fees in the refund policy.
  • Shipping Method: Please use a trackable shipping method to return the product, and retain the shipping documentation for reference.
  • Shipping Risk: During the return shipment, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product’s integrity. We recommend insuring the product during the return shipment.

 Confirmation: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3 business days and confirm the return status. A kind reminder that if the returned product is found to be damaged or incomplete, even if the parcel is lost during delivery, the refund amount will be adjusted according to the refund policy.
