Warranty & Repair Policy

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a 1-year warranty on all jump starters. During the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement services for failures caused by normal use.

Warranty & Repair Process:

Review and identify the problem: Upon receiving your warranty & repair request, we will review your material within 2 business days. Here is a list of what you have to provide to LOKITHOR Customer Service when mading a request :

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide an electronic copy or screenshot of the order confirmation email or receipt.
  • Product Photos/Videos: Please at least attach clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage. It would be great to receive a video as a supplement to show your operation of the LOKITHOR unit. 
  • Description of Issue: Please provide a detailed description of the reason for the return or exchange, such as "product is defective" or "did not meet expectations." This will help us better understand your situation.
  • Your valid address: The shipping address is needed to offer to expedite the handling of the case.

Return to repair & New replacement: If we find the LOKITHOR jump starter is beyond repair, we will offer you a repair address to you to get the defective products sent back. Also, a new replacement would be sent to you according to the specified address you offered.

Tracking number updates: The tracking number of the replacement would be available within 2 days after it is dispactched. We 'll keep you informed.

Return for repair followup: Regarding our return shipping policy, please find the details outlined below:

Shipping Costs: We are responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Shipping Method: We strongly encourage the use of a trackable shipping method for returning products and advise retaining the shipping documentation for your records.

Shipping Risk: Customers are accountable for the product’s condition during the return shipment.

Confirmation: Once we receive the returned product, we will pay out the return shipping charges and normally it takes 3-5 business days before the money goes back to your account. See details in the refund policy.  

 

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Expired Warranty: Products that are beyond the warranty period.
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Inability to provide valid proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt).
  • User-Induced Damage: This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage due to drops, collisions, or crushing.
  • Water Damage: Damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids (such as immersion or splashing).
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, disassemblies, or repairs not performed in accordance with the user manual.
  • Missing Accessories: Any accessories, attachments, or manuals that are not returned with the product.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Wear, discoloration, or cosmetic damage resulting from normal use.
  • Improper Use: Usage that does not comply with standard operating conditions or exceeds the intended use of the product, including non-compliance with usage instructions.
  • Use of Non-Original Parts: Failures resulting from the use of unofficial or unauthorized accessories, replacements, or modifications.
